The apartment is collocated at the second floor of an old house. It is composed of entrance, furnished kitchen with sofa double bed, a big bedroom with a double bed and a smaller bedroom with a single bed and bathroom with shower. It can host easily 3 persons but using the sofa bed it may arrive up to 5 persons.
HEATING SYSTEM
All the apartments in Nasino have heating system based on gpl. The apartments do not need of the air-conditioning since the climatic zone of Nasino has fresh and confortable climate during summer.
INCLUDED IN THE PRICES
-Bed and bathroom linen.
-All the expenses in electricity, water and gas are included. An extra fee for the heating can be requested and discussed at the booking time.
-Cleaning of the apartment every week with the agreement of the host.
-Change of bed and bathroom linen after 7 days - extra changes if requested are possible under extra charge.
-The Direction could charge the cost for extra cleaning if the apartment is leaved extremely dirty.
-Park in public and private spaces is possible (not more that one car for apartment). For other necessity, such as camper or bigger vehicles, it is necessary to ask before to the Direction. Even if the area it is quite safe remember that it is not monitored parking lots.
