The apartments in Garlenda are located on the Strada Provinciale 6 (SP6) Via Lerrone 65-67-69. From the exit of Garlenda of Aurelia Bis proceed toward Garlenda, go well beyond the Garlenda Golf Club crosslink toward the town. The holiday farm is on the main road Via Lerrone, just after the Garlenda Castle, on the right side of SP6.

The apartments in Nasino are on the Strada Provinciale 14 (SP14). From highway exit of Albenga one need to follow the indication for Garessio. After Cisano sul Neva, in Locality Martinetto, turn on the left in direction of Alto, and proceed on SP14. After the town of Catelbianco you will find Nasino and you need to follow the road until you are at Via Roma 90.

General Rules

GENERAL RULES 

• The apartments are completed with all the most useful kitchen accessories (you may ask to us if you need something more specific), dishware, bed and bathroom linen.

• The breakfast is not served, the guests can prepare their breakfast in the fully accessoried kitchens
• The small size animals are welcomed. The owner must control them and is fully responsible of their behaviour or damage. A surcharge of 15,00 euros is required for each pet and for the entire period of stay.
• The apartments in Garlenda have the air-conditioning system. The usage of the air conditioning cost 1 eur by day.

CHECK IN/OUT:

Check in: from 1700 to 20,00 (for arrivals in different hours contact the Direction by phone)
check out: before the 12,00 (under request it is possible, eventually, to postpone the check-out an extra-fee may be requested)

BOOKING:
The booking will done only by phone or e-mail. A confirmament fee may be requested in order to guarantee the booking.

The complete payment will be done when the apartment will be taken. If the payment will be done with bank transfer it is required to be done at least 10 days before the arrival and showing a receipt of the transfer.

APARTAMENT CLEANING
The apartment cleaning are done just before the guests arrival. We offer weekly change of the bathroom and bed linen. The guest should return the apartment in a decent condition, empting the refrigerator and the trash container. In the holyday farm we differentiate the trash (glass and metals, paper, organic recycling and rubbish) so we ask to the guest to follow the same behaviour.

The guests are responsible and they will be charged of any damage done including eventually the agibility recovery expenses if the apartment is damaged. We will add to any reservation a managment cost of 30 eur for the apartments "5 Luglio" and "6 Agosto" in Garlenda instead for the others just 40 eur.

The guest are responsible of the declaration of all the guest present in the apartment in order to satisfy the italian public security law. They are requested to show to the direction the passports or the identity cards for all the people guested in the apartment.

The Direction is not responsible of any good or value leaved unattended in the apartment. Even if we are in a safe area the guest should always to follow strict safety measure keeping closed the door and the window when the apartment is leaved unattended.

It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the apartments for safety reasons.

The farm

The farm is located around the main building and in some other places nearby (mainly olive tree grove and forests). The production of vegetables (salad, culiflowers, patatoes, zucchini,etc.), orchard, citrus grove, kiwis, fejoias and a small production of olive oil for personal use. From the forest we get firewood.

The heating in the Garlenda building is obtained  from biomasses burning dried pomace (waste of the oil production) and firewood. The hot water is obtained also from solar heating system on the roof with a big tank. The electricity is partially obtained with photovoltaic solar panels. In conclusion during your visit here your environmental impact will be minimal. We ask to all guests to help us keeping minimal the resource consumption (water, electricity, heating and especially air-conditioning levels) in order to reduce the environmental impact. All the apartment have trash bins to do the separation of the material we ask the honourable guests to help us separating various materials to protect the environment. The direction is happy to give any clarification concerning all these issues.
